Anastasia Cisarovna is a master of disguise and a loyal soldier of Cobra. Her parents were European aristocrats, and she received extensive training as a spy and a saboteur. First appearing in the comic book in 1982, she eventually made the leap to the cartoon and toy line in 1984. She has a romantic history with Destro, and has appeared in two live-action movies: GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra and Snake Eyes: GI Joe Origins.
